Noobai has breathtaking views over the river Tejo! Great both during a sunny day as well as for watching sunsets. For cool evenings the cafe has blankets.Very nice salads, bruschettas, fruit juices. By the way on Sundays there’s music to enjoy. Definetely a place to go. Closes at 12pm
